When you think food trucks cuisine, locally sourced might not be the first of mind. And we're not tied to one particular offering. You want to serve tacos.. we can do that.. sliders & fries... of course. Loco Moco or Poke Bowls... chicken & waffles... anything you can come up with, we can execute... with a Sonoma twist of course.
We love local and it shows... whether it's Watmaugh strawberries, Point Reyes oysters or Sun Ray Farms micros, we source locally first and then fill the plate with the finest that our beautiful state provides.
